Davy & “Bert” - Davy Harbert brought Bert to Colorado with him from Putnam County, Missouri. He died in the old barn in Colorado when daughter Fern was about three years old. This photo is the barn in Missouri on the home place where Davy Harbert grew up. This photo was taken about 1913-1914 about the same time Dave moved to Colorado to homestead.
